Ken Kreps Bio

Ken Is now living back in Seattle after a year living and working in Los Angeles. He appeared in "The Office" on NBC, playing the role of the minister who married Pam Beesly and Jim Halpert. He has also appeared in television commercials for Microsoft, Waste Management, and others (both local and national), a TV pilot, and numerous independent films, playing roles from the lead to supporting characters. He has also worked in corporate/Industrial films, two docudramas on network TV (NTV) in Japan, and has done a number of voice-over projects.

Ken flies to LA frequently for private lessons with Hollywood acting coach, Glenn Haines, and to participate in various casting director workshops and showcases.

As a writer, Ken has written several audio plays, which have been heard on the radio anthology series, “Imagination Theater”. This series is broadcast on over a hundred commercial radio stations, nationwide, as well as on XM satellite Radio. He has also written a number of articles, essays, short stories, and short film screenplays.

Ken was born in Dallas, and grew up in San Antonio before earning a scholarship to Sul Ross University in West Texas, graduating with a degree in music. For a number of years he made his living as a professional jazz trombonist, before entering the world of computers as a programmer, systems analyst, and finally a technical sales person. Ken also served in The United States Air Force.

He has been acting for over sixteen years in Dallas, Seattle, Los Angeles and now back in Seattle. He has been married to his wife Linda for 28 years.
